The Young Impact Collective (YIC) is a dynamic network of rising leaders under 40 who are redefining what philanthropy looks like in Miami-Dade. Bringing bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and serious ambition, while having a great time doing it! Whether you’re here to grow your network, make a difference, or simply find your people, this is where the next generation of change-makers shows up.

Through innovative events, collaborative projects, and a community that actually shows up for each other, the YIC is where emerging talent meets real opportunity all to support Jackson Health System, the largest health care system in South Florida. This is philanthropy with purpose, passion, and a pulse.

Mission and Impact

The Jackson Health Foundation Young Impact Collective (YIC) is established to cultivate the next generation of community leaders to support the Jackson Health System (JHS) through education, connection, and philanthropy. The network drives corporate partnerships, raises community awareness, and generates meaningful support for the patients who need it most.

Young Impact Collective members help:
