As part of our ongoing commitment to ethical business practices, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity, Jackson Health Foundation has implemented a formal vendor-credentialing program applicable to all new and existing vendors seeking to conduct business with our organization.
Prospective vendors are required to complete a vendor registration application prior to receiving or renewing of any contract award, PO, project, etc. Vendors will provide company information and general background information, and it is the vendor’s responsibility to keep information current, complete and accurate.
A standard $349 vendor screening fee applies and is subject to annual renewal. The renewal rate is based on the vendor’s designation and annual spend with the Foundation.
