Two Events, One Mission
Each holiday season, Jackson Health Foundation brings joy to pediatric patients across Miami-Dade County through two community-wide events. Many of these children—treated at Holtz Children’s Hospital, dedicated pediatric ERs, urgent care centers, and pediatric practices—spend weeks or months away from home during the holidays. Every dollar raised and every toy collected goes directly to celebrate and for kids who need them most.
Holiday of Miracles Toy Drive
November 1 to December 10
New, unwrapped toys are collected throughout Miami-Dade at community drop-off locations through December 10. Toys brought by residents, businesses, and organizations across South Florida are wrapped and later delivered directly to young patients at Holtz Children’s Hospital and Jackson Health locations, allowing parents to focus on what matters most—their children.
Holiday of Miracles Boat Parade
Saturday, December 5, Begins at Sunset
Biscayne Bay is illuminated each year as decorated boats sail through Miami Shores, Normandy Isles and North Bay Village in celebration of the season. Boaters throughout South Florida are welcome to participate, while community members are invited to experience the parade from one of three public watch parties along the route. Guests aboard our lead boats are made up of patients and their families — the true heroes of the evening — undergoing treatment and care at Holtz Children’s Hospital.
