OFFICIAL RULES: This chance drawing will be conducted during the 27th Annual Guardian Angels Luncheon on October 30, 2026 by Jackson Health Foundation, whose principal address is Foundation Offices – River Landing, 1611 N.W. 12th Ave, Miami 33136. 1) The above prizes have been donated for the purpose of this chance drawing. Winners do not need to be present to claim a prize package. Winners that are not present will be awarded at Jackson Health Foundation according to the following schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm. 2) Winners must be over 18 years of age. 3) Prize packages are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. All applicable state and federal taxes resulting from any award of prize are the responsibility of the winner. 4) The winner will be required to fill out tax forms for the Foundation.
